We normally do not accept any form of cancellations, refunds or returns for the products that has been purchased. 

Unless under special and with prior written communication which must occur under 48 hours after purchasing the product. Returns and Exchanges cannot be accepted except in the case of a wrong shipment. Once purchased, no product may be returned because of the purchaser's personal preferences.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About the product
The product inventory is one product per product. In addition, the products posted on this site are also sold in Japan. After applying, we will check the store inventory and secure it. Even if it is posted online, it may be out of stock depending on the timing. In addition, if there is a problem with the product, we may decide and cancel it.


【Shipping Policy】

How long it might take: 

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area.
In some areas, shipping charges may be charged separately if the shipping area is outside the delivery area of the affiliated delivery company. Some products require special packing and delivery methods.

About tariffs

For international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, we are not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and we cannot predict the value of what these charges may be.

Also, we cannot accept any discount request or something could be recognized as a "under value".

For our customers in the USA: Most packages with a declared value under $2000 USD will be cleared without any fee. We ship to the US every single day and we have never had any issues with customs.

For our customers in Australia: Orders below $1000 AUD are regarded as 'low value imports' by Australian customs. As of 01 July 2018, customs duties may apply to any goods imported from overseas by consumers in Australia. For more information, please visit the Australian customs website.

For our customers in Canada: Orders above $20 CAN require that you pay the applicable duties and the GST. For more information, please visit the Canadian customs website.

For our customers in the EU:

EU Directives calculate the Total Value of the order as a combination of the price of product and shipping fees.

For orders with a Total Value of 22 Euros and below: Exempted from both tax and import duty.
For orders with a Total Value ranging between 22 to 150 euros: The buyer is responsible for paying the consumption tax of the total value. 
For orders with a Total Value that exceeds 150 euros: The buyer is responsible for paying both consumption tax and import duty of the total value.

We understand that custom fees are worrying for some customers. We hope that you are reassured by the fact that, when buying from us, you really are ordering direct from Japan- getting authentic and original Japanese items that are not easily found anywhere else.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
